Your Complete Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and h777 ("h777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at h777.cam and its associated sub-domains. By accessing, registering on, or using the h777 platform in any capacity — including browsing its pages, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, complete, and truthful. h777 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration at any time.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active h777 account at any given time. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• You must provide your genuine full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number during registration.
• The mobile number registered must be one currently active and in your personal possession — it serves as your primary account recovery and OTP verification method.
• You must create a password that meets h777's minimum security requirements (minimum 8 characters combining letters and numbers).
• You must confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and h777's Privacy Policy prior to completing registration.
• You must confirm that you are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.

2.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

h777 operates under an internationally licensed framework that requires identity verification of all real-money players. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by h777's compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restriction.

h777 takes the protection of minors with the utmost seriousness. Under no circumstances will h777 knowingly permit any individual below the age of 21 to register an account, access real-money gaming services, or receive any financial benefit from the platform. Any person under the age of 21 who registers is in direct violation of these Terms, and any winnings generated by such an account will be void and forfeited.

h777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of approved payment methods designed for the convenience of Pakistani players. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your h777 account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited. h777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party payment method and to apply any resulting costs to the account concerned.

h777 does not maintain a credit facility. Deposits reflect the amount actually credited to your h777 account balance after processing. h777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network interruptions beyond h777's direct control.

h777 is committed to processing withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets within an average of fifteen (15) minutes from approval of a withdrawal request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer subject to inter-bank processing times. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your h777 account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled in their entirety before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.

• h777 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal it deems to require enhanced due diligence.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for compliance with these Terms, anti-money-laundering obligations, and fraud prevention protocols before processing.

h777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: first-deposit welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty program rewards. All bonuses offered by h777 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility conditions (including account age, verification status, VIP tier, and deposit history) vary by promotion and are stated in individual bonus terms.
• Each eligible player is entitled to claim each promotion once only unless otherwise stated. Systematic bonus abuse — including through multiple accounts — is prohibited.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in full in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only real-money funds that remain after wagering requirements are completed are eligible for withdrawal.
• All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings without exception.
• h777 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• h777 may withhold or reverse bonus payments in cases where it reasonably determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or acted in a manner inconsistent with normal gaming behaviour.

6.1 VIP Program Terms

h777's VIP loyalty program operates across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Loyalty points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers as specified in the VIP program documentation. h777 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier requirements, point earning rates, and associated benefits at any time. VIP status and accumulated points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

All wagers placed on the h777 platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, or any other gaming category — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are binding once confirmed by the player and accepted by the h777 system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or reversed except in circumstances where h777 determines that a technical or data error has occurred.
• h777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds or data were published due to human error, feed malfunction, or system fault. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

7.1 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets on h777 — including cricket, PSL, football, UFC, tennis, and all other covered sports — are subject to h777's Sports Betting Rules, which constitute a supplementary document to these Terms. In the event of conflict between the general Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall take precedence for matters specifically relating to sports wagering.

7.2 Live Casino Conduct

Players using h777's live casino facility agree to conduct themselves respectfully toward live dealers and other players in chat functions. h777 reserves the right to restrict or remove live chat access from players who engage in abusive, offensive, or harassing communication. • Registration of multiple accounts on the h777 platform under any combination of personal details.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair mechanical advantage over h777's systems or other players.
• Systematic exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or incorrectly published odds to extract value from h777 beyond what normal fair-play wagering would produce.
• Any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of h777 for financial crimes of any nature.
• Allowing a third party to operate or access your h777 account, or acting as an agent wagering on behalf of other individuals.
• Engagement in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bonus bets against each other, or making low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk.
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at h777 staff, live dealers, or other players.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, audio-visual elements, and design elements present on the h777 platform — including but not limited to the h777 brand name, the h777.cam domain, game interfaces, and proprietary software — are the intellectual property of h777 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and are protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of the h777 platform or its content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of h777's intellectual property — including its trademarks, brand name, logo, or platform software — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h777 hereby excludes all liability — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the h777 platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data, including bet records, account history, or personal information, caused by events beyond h777's reasonable control.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the h777 platform or any part of it, including scheduled maintenance windows.
• Any loss arising from third-party payment processing delays, errors, or failures outside h777's direct operational control.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss of any kind, howsoever arising from your use of the h777 platform.

h777's total cumulative liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the h777 platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim; or (b) PKR 10,000 (Pakistani Rupees Ten Thousand). Nothing in these Terms excludes h777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

h777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and ensuring that its platform is used for entertainment purposes within sustainable financial limits. h777 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session reminders that trigger notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request temporary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cool-off period, the player cannot access any real-money gaming features.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm your acceptance of h777's Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

h777 uses your personal data for the following purposes: account administration and management; identity and age verification; financial transaction processing; fraud detection and prevention; responsible gaming monitoring; customer support; regulatory compliance and reporting; and, with your consent, marketing communications regarding h777 promotions. h777 will never sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

h777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or h777's supplementary policies.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Any account activity that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion applications.
• Regulatory instruction from h777's licensing authority or relevant law enforcement agency.

In the event of account closure due to a player's breach of these Terms, h777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, without compensation. In cases of account closure at the player's request (other than self-exclusion), any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h777's operating license is issued. In the event of a conflict between the laws of different jurisdictions, the laws of h777's licensing jurisdiction shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute between a player and h777 arising from the use of the h777 platform or from these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through h777's internal complaints procedure:

• Step 1: Contact h777 customer support via live chat or email, describing the dispute in detail. h777 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
• Step 2: If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction at Step 1, the player may escalate the complaint to h777's compliance team in writing within thirty (30) days.
• Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting h777's internal complaints procedure, the player may seek external adjudication via h777's designated alternative dispute resolution body, as specified in h777's licensing documentation.

h777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect players' rights or obligations — h777 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via their registered email address or via a platform notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the h777 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the h777 platform and contact h777 support to request account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.
